I have just got a 13 Pro, I am like the original poster, I don't see a great deal of difference. That said, scrolling on an iPhone (I had a iPhone 11 Pro Max previously) has always been very smooth and the 13 Pro is silky smooth, perhaps I would be able to tell side by side, but it's certainly not worrying me, it's a lovely phone.
